يهدف المشروع لدعم عمليات الإصلاح المؤسساتي في قطاع التعليم والتدريب المهني والتقني وتحسين جودة التعليم والتدريب المهني. أما على المدى الطويل فإن المشروع سيؤثر على النمو الاقتصادي وزيادة التشغيل وخاصة تحسين التشغيل وفرص العمل للشباب في دول المشرق والدول المجاورة لها في المنطقة.

The project aims at supporting institutional reforms in the TVET sector and improving the quality of vocational training and education. In the long run, economic and employment growth and in particular the improvement of employability and job opportunities for young people in the countries of the Mashreq region and neighboring countries will be impacted.
